Tiffany Williams, AA

 

Medical Education Coordinator

Tiffany Williams‑Lockett is a healthcare professional with more than eight years of clinical experience gained through her service in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Medical Technician. Raised in the Philippines, Hawaii, and Long Beach, Mississippi, and shaped by her African American and Filipino heritage, she brings a culturally aware and patient‑focused approach to her work.

After relocating to Tampa in 2018 for her Air Force career, Tiffany developed clinical expertise in Family Health, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health. She holds certifications as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and in Basic Life Support, with extensive experience in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and care coordination.

Her dedication is reflected in the honors she received, including the Air and Space Achievement Medal, the Air and Space Outstanding Unit Award with five Oak Leaf Clusters, the Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal with two Service Stars, and recognition as Airman of the First and Second Quarter in 2024.

Tiffany holds an Associate of Arts degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity. She is known for her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with patients and healthcare teams. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of three. She brings a balanced combination of skill, professionalism, and empathy to her role in healthcare.
